Looking try out community life in a friendly and beautiful intentional community between Boulder and Denver, in the Rocky Mountains of colorful Colorado, USA?

We are looking to rent out our house for a year while we go on a slow world-tour year with our kids.

This is a private residence in a 30-year old "cohousing" community with about 90 adults and 15 kids. There's a farm on the property, a large community kitchen and dining room, yoga room, guest rooms, meditation room, play room, pool table, art room, gardens, greenhouse, workshop, exercise room, meeting rooms, wood shop, 35 acres of land, EV chargers, lots of friendly neighbors, group meal and gathering opportunities, and lots of beautiful open space all around the community. Expectation to participate in caring for the land and common spaces. Quiet area, open space adjacent on three sides, spectacular views of the Rockies and Flatirons. 15 minute drive to funky Boulder, 30 minutes to exciting Denver, and 50 minutes to amazing skiing in the mountains.

Furnished, and includes a full recording studio with grand piano. No smoking please. Pets ok with additional pet deposit, and must abide by community rules for pets (and specific rules for dogs and cats).

$4,500 per month. 12-month lease only. 5-bedroom, 3.5 bath. House is 3 levels, finished basement, 2432 sq ft total.

We also have two vehicles (van and electric car) that could be available.

Balanced between privacy and community, with great neighbors and a quiet ambiance.

Some community participation is expected (8 hours per year land work, can be paid at $25/hr). Our household will have some or most of this complete by August.
