- There will be an open house on June 16th and one on June 22.

- Everyone is welcome to attend the open houses and make an offer.

- At the open houses, there will be a few Nyland residents present to answer your questions about Nyland.

- Offers will be accepted between June 16 and June 30.

- We request that offers requiring loans be pre-qualified.

- We request that offers be accompanied by a letter of intent, addressing why you would like to live at Nyland and what you would bring to the Nyland community.    

- Assuming an acceptable offer is received, a decision will be made by July 7.  We request that offers do not specify an earlier decision date.

- This house is for sale by owner.  

- Offers need to be presented with a Colorado Real Estate Contract to Buy and Sell, which is available on the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies website.  A real estate agent or attorney can assist in completing the offer.  Real estate or attorney fees enlisted by the buyer will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

- Between now and June 30th, you are more than welcome to tour the community, meet Nyland residents and attend community activities as a way to get to know Nyland better.  Nyland has guest rooms available for visitors.  See the Reservations/Guest Room Rentals tab on this website.
