Common House Usage Guidelines

The Common House is still closed for meetings, gatherings, meals, and children's play.
The Common House may be used in the following ways for necessary activities only, by Nyland resident adults or children 14 or older, when accompanied by an adult:
1. Masks are required in all areas of the Common House.
2. Mailroom: one person at a time, wearing a mask. Please wipe doorknobs and areas on and near your mailbox and cubby with the supplied disinfectant when entering and leaving.
3. Exercise Room: up to two people at a time, if members of the same household. Please wipe doorknobs and equipment with the supplied disinfectant before and after use. You may open windows for cross-ventilation; please close when done. Sign out in the supplied log so others can see how much time the air has had to clear.
4. Kitchen: up to two people at a time, if members of the same household. Please follow posted instructions and signage for safe practices and for disinfecting before and after use. You may open windows for cross-ventilation; please close when done. Sign out in the supplied log so others can see how much time the air has had to clear
5. Laundry Room, Office and Den: up to two people at a time, if members of the same household. Please wipe doorknobs and equipment with the supplied disinfectant before and after use. You may open windows for cross-ventilation; please close when done. Sign out in the supplied logs so others can see how much time the air has had to clear.
6. Guest Rooms: the guest rooms are not available to rent, until further notice.
