It is very bright and adjacent to a  second living room space.

The door to it opens to a large , sunny back yard.

The owner of the house is a 73 year old female who travels frequently and lives in California for the winter.

I’m looking for someone friendly and outgoing.

I’m looking for a single person only.
No pets
No drugs
No shoes inside.
Must participate in community activities.
Must be neat.
Sorry  no space for storage.

Rent is $850
This includes utilities
6 month lease to start off
First, last and $200 cleaning/security deposit.
