The couple that rented from us a few years ago now owns a home at Nyland!

• Master bedroom (king size bed); guest room (queen size bed and deck)

• Full bath

• Views of Longs Peak to the west, open space to the south 

(Rental does not include our basement, which we will lock up while we're gone)

 

Truth in advertising

• No bathroom on the main floor

• No smoking of any kind

• No pets (one of our kids has allergies)

 

Renting gives you access to Nyland Common House, trails, and conversation with residents – to get a deeper feel for whether this is the right place for you and network with residents so they are aware of your interest.
