Renting at Nyland Cohousing gives you access to many amenities: a common house with a large kitchen and dinning room, fitness rooms, meditation space, art room, meeting rooms and guest rooms. Besides being surrounded by open space and trails, there is a community garden, a 2 acre farm with produce for purchase, chicken houses, bee hives, community meals, gatherings, and play areas for kids. As community members, tenants are expected to fulfill 8 hours of land work, and 3 hours of common house kitchen cleaning  per year, per adult. Each community member agrees to be on a CAG or equivalent. Being involved with the community by going to meetings and helping out is important, and is the reason Nyland Cohousing is a great place to live.
