Parking
We have agreed to abide by the following rules regarding parking.
There are two parking spaces for each house that is not on 'Garage Row'. For some homes, one of these spaces may include a privately owned carport.
If a house needs more then two parking spaces, they can pay an additional $6 per month in their HOA dues for each additional space.
Guests for events are asked to park along Nyland Way on the south-east side.
Please do not park in the circle or along the north-west side of Nyland Way as this is a fire lane and it is extremely important we keep it open in case of an emergency. This is clearly marked with No Parking signs.
Please do not park on the pedways as these are also fire lanes and the only access to our homes in case of an emergency.
