2-Room Suite
Separate entrance, private bath, shared kitchen.
We have two bedrooms, that (together with a bathroom, foyer, hallway, and extra closet) form a semi-separate "suite" in our home. Rooms are both reasonably quiet; each has a large closet, and are aprox. 130-150 sq ft. each.
* South Room: looks onto meadow and back patio; door opens into hallway of suite.
* North Room: looks onto front yard and neighborhood, door opens into hallway of suite, another door opens into entry foyer as a separate entrance.
Kitchen is shared with our family (2 adults & 10-year-old boy). Washer/dryer/clothesline available. No smoking, and no pets please.
Rent for one person: $680/mo, includes utilities and wireless high speed internet access.
Month-to-month, with security deposit. Two person rates: please inquire.
