Participation
Participation is what makes living at Nyland different than your standard suburban neighborhood. It is through participation that you get to know your neighbors and create friendships. It is also how we get things done. Instead of paying a management company, landscapers, cleaning crews, etc. we all pitch-in and help out. While everyone finds their own way to help out, we expect every resident to:
Be an active member of a team providing at least five hours per month of one's time for the benefit of the community.
Participate in two organized community work days each year for the general upkeep of our common property.
Participate in two organized deep cleans of the community kitchen.
